And because the person who designs your joinery is also the one who assembles and installs it, you get seamless communication, precision, and accountability from start to finish.

WHO AM I
With over 20 years of experience in kitchen design, building, and renovation, Uptown Projects is built on a foundation of craftsmanship, design expertise, and a deep commitment to client satisfaction.
I hold a degree in Industrial Design, a Certificate III in Cabinet Making, and a Certificate IV in Building and Construction Management—combining creative vision with practical know-how. Before relocating to Australia, I ran a successful kitchen and bathroom business in South Africa. In 2014, I moved to Canberra, joining the local workforce to expand my network and deepen my understanding of the Australian building landscape through further study.
We relocated to the Sunny Coast in December 2023, and I officially relaunched Uptown Projects in 2025.
Today, my focus is entirely on you—the client. Every project is custom-designed, assembled, and installed by me personally. This hands-on approach ensures your new joinery is delivered with precision, care, and a clear understanding of your vision.
